Voters should have to show photo identification to vote in federal elections.
Voter ID rules are set by each state today and vary widely. This would set one photo ID requirement for federal elections nationwide.

This is just common sense. It's accountability. Most of it is what we already do in West Virginia. It's voter ID, which we already have in West Virginia.
