Wisconsin should raise the share of school special education costs that the state reimburses.
The state pays school districts back for part of their special education costs, and districts cover the rest from local budgets. Recent state budgets raised that rate, and this would raise it further.

I don't know exactly where we'll end up for the percentage, but we're going to help as much as we can and try to make sure that every student is getting a good education in Wisconsin, because that's ultimately what the goal should be.
