Pennsylvania should set its minimum wage at $15 an hour or more.
This would set a state minimum wage well above the federal $7.25 rate. Employers in Pennsylvania would have to pay at least the higher amount.

We need to raise the minimum wage so Pennsylvanians have a real shot at getting ahead.
It's anticompetitive and it's hurting our workers. Pennsylvania workers living in border counties would rather drive into another state for work so they can earn a higher wage than take a job at home.
