Federal income taxes should be raised on households earning more than $400,000 a year.
This would increase the federal income tax owed by the highest-earning households. Households below that income would not be affected by this change.

We have to cancel the health care cuts. We have to raise taxes 3 percent on people making more than $600,000 a year to pay for Mississippians to continue to have health insurance, and to save our hospitals.
