Hawaii should keep its goal of getting 100 percent of its electricity from renewable sources by 2045.
State law requires utilities to reach 100 percent renewable electricity by 2045, and Hawaii still burns imported oil for much of its power. Some have proposed importing liquefied natural gas as a longer-term fuel instead.

LNG in Hawai'i can hardly be considered 'Temporary.' I am not necessarily opposed, but considering new technologies like Hydrogen, Fission and SNR's are solutions for the future.
