Connecticut should bar immigration arrests at schools, hospitals and courthouses without a judicial warrant.
A 2026 Connecticut law defines schools, hospitals, courthouses and places of worship as protected areas for these arrests. Keeping it means a judge's warrant is needed to arrest people there.

So it's constitutionally a lie for anyone who's taken fifth grade civics. Plus, I wonder if he would label as 'extreme' the Democratic members of the legislature who voted no on that legislation.
