Arkansas should end its program that pays private school tuition with state funds.
Arkansas's 2023 education law created accounts that families can use for private school tuition and other education costs, and it is expanding to all students. Ending it would stop state payments for private school costs.

As the executive of the state, my department of education will not administer EFA accounts. But what we will do is we will reinvest that money into the public education system because that's where the money should go in the first place.
