Developers have proposed large data centers in Alaska, which would use significant amounts of power. A pause would stop new projects until lawmakers adopt rules on issues such as energy use and rates.

I think we need to embrace it... It's a service everybody's using and everybody has to adapt to and use, or you're going to get left behind.
